Perjuring priest Bob Malm has again been sued in federal district court. The suit alleges that Malm has repeatedly engaged in perjury, lied in court, engaged in witness tampering, and conspiracy, as well as defamation. Also named in the suit are the Episcopal Dioceses of Virginia and Massachusetts, St. Gabriel’s Church in Marion Massachusetts, and Wareham aDistrict Court Judge Jeffrey Clifford. Apropos the latter, the suit alleges that Clifford has, for more than six months, refused to certify the record from his court, thus preventing an appeal.
