Just in case you thought this dispute actually involved Bob Malm’s bogus claims that he’s been threatened, here is a copy of the trash settlement offer Jeff “Sugarland” Chiow, Bob’s attorney, sent over during litigation.

Needless to say, I rejected it, as I do not negotiate under duress, nor do I reward priests who lie in court and otherwise abuse their authority. It’s also badly written, with various non sequiturs, grammatical mistakes, and evidence of sloppy research, including references to a website at www.survivingchurch.com, which is not an address I have ever owned.

Perhaps Jeff meant www.surviving.church, where the TLD is “church.”

Who knows? That said, a perfect example of what legal work, allegedly worth $100,000 per Jeff Chiow, apparently looks like at Rogers, Joseph O’Donnell.

Nor would this agreement have been meaningful on the church’s side, for Bob Malm is a master of behind-the-scenes innuendo, manipulation, and disparagement. Thus, the bit about “public statements” is entirely illusory. And why would I assume that Malm and Chiow, having lied during litigation and fraudulently concealed evidence, act with integrity in this matter?

Res ipsa loquitur, meaning, “The thing speaks for itself.”
