Earlier today, I received a decision from the federal district court for the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) dismissing my case against perjuring priest Bob Malm. As a result, I have filed a notice of appeal with defense counsel, and will file tomorrow with the court. Below is my notice of appeal:
