Anne Turner

Grace Episcopal Alexandria, the clergy perjury parish, is in discussions to have Anne Turner back as rector. That’s telling, because Turner is an adulterer and a liar.  As in, she had an adulterous affair, even as she attempted to conceal the fact by telling her parish that she was going on retreats.

Turner also refused to testify in my litigation involving perjuring priest Bob Malm, so forget the social justice claptrap coming out of her mouth.

As to Jenny Montgomery, the priest locum tenens and my past conflict with Bob Malm — which, thanks to Bob’s pulling in the parish, extends to the church membership — her comment is she can’t do anything about past hurts.

That begs the question: Why is the church trying to fix past hurts caused by  Turner and her adultery and lies? Isn’t that Turner’s obligation, since she is the person who viuolated her ordination vows? And how does the church’s efforts to pull adulterous Anne Turner back in as rector align with the notion that the church — and its leadership — can’t do anything about “past hurts?” Why not just do Montgomery’s thing of pray for Turner, and leave it at that?

The situation is yet another example of the hypocrisy of Grace Episcopal Alexandria, its leadership and its members. If the offender is a priest, they can lie, perjure themselves, file false police reports, and commit adultery with impunity, and the church will name a part of the building after them. Or chase after them, after paying a severance package, to pull them back in.

But if the person is laity, too bad, so sad, catch you on the rebound.

And to be clear: We do n0t believe Turner for an instant when she claims she stopped her affair. If she did, why was she still texting the man in question?

My advice: Avoid Grace Episcopal like the plague. The more things change, the more they stay the same. The place is awash in a sea of bullying and childish, hateful behavior.
