At the request of perjuring priest Bob Malm’s attorney, I have agreed to a continuance for the trial date until February 2023. The decision is based on the high level of COVID infections, the fact that it is a jury trial, and the age and health of various witnesses.
The result is that litigation will continue for at least a year. Moreover, in the event that I am unsuccessful in my suit against perjuring priest Bob Malm, it will be off to the Virginia Supreme Court yet again.
Of course, no matter how things turn out, there will be no reconciliation in any form whatsoever with Grace Episcopal Alexandria, the clergy perjury parish; perjuring priest Bob Malm; the dioceses; or any of the bullies at Grace Church. I’ve been very generous in offering to go to mediation, but I will neither extend that offer again, nor accept any such offer.
Simply put, the Episcopal church is morally and ethically bankrupt.
