Grace Episcopal Alexandria

It may be Lent, but Grace Episcopal Alexandria, the clergy perjury parish, is no closer than ever to telling the truth.

In a court filing today, the church tries to argue that it did not fraudulently conceal evidence during the initial litigation, even though it has offered no explanation as to why perjuring priest Bob Malm’s defamatory email to the bishop was not disclosed during the initial discovery.

And below is my response. Perhaps if defense counsel were a little more cooperative in the drafting of the agreed-upon facts, and a little less interested in running out the clock on my appeal, things could move forward with greater judicial economy.
