Some time ago, I filed a request for Rule 4:12(d) sanctions against perjuring priest Bob Malm for his dilatory and evasive responses to my interrogatories. Among the highlights:
- Refusing to respond to requests to specify how he had allegedly been threatened.
- Claiming he couldn’t respond to an email produced BY HIS ATTORNEY (the defamatory one from Motormouth Gable) on the grounds that he didn’t have a copy.
- Stating that he did not lie or commit perjury.
