Earlier today, I traded emails with Matthew Youssef, attorney for Anne Turner, Lisa Medley, Kelly Gable, Patty Culbreth and bishop Susan Goff. Matthew continues to play fun and games with discovery, resulting in the ultimatum above.
Needless to say, if perjuring priest Bob Malm’s claims were even close to true, there would be no discovery issue at all. Indeed, I am confident Matthew would be eager to engage in discovery.
