Earlier today, I sent perjuring priest Bob Malm’s attorney Wayne Cyron a letter demanding his compliance with Disciplinary Rule 3.3 (Candor to the Tribunal). Specifically, I demand disclosure of Malm’s perjury to the court and withdrawal by Cyron as Malm’s attorney.
Given Cyron’s prior fabrications, including his invention of mythical siblings, I doubt he will comply. But the demand has been made, is documented, and has been sent to law enforcement.
As things stand, Cyron continues to aid and abet Malm’s criminal conduct.
