Grace Episcopal Alexandria

Did you know that CDC experts recommend closing schools when COVID-19 transmission rates pass 100 cases per 100,000?  Or that schools restrict or eliminate non-essential activities to reduce transmission? Those recommendations have been in place for some time, and predate the advent of the highly aggressive Delta variant. Yet Grace Episcopal, the clergy perjury parish, continues plans for resumption of full activities in the church building and the drunken binge that is Shrine Mont.

The decision reflects a profound lack of intellectual and moral courage on the part of the church and a resumption of its “we’re special” organizational narcissism.

For the record, even those fully vaccinated should avoid unnecessary activities — including Shrine Mont and projects at the church — particularly during this time of skyrocketing COVID transmission.

It’s just plain common sense.
