Some time ago, I received a copy of a defamatory email, in which perjuring priest Bob Malm accuses me of embezzlement. Even better, he lies to bishop Shannon Johnston, falsely claiming that my issues with Kelly Motormouth Gable occurred before coming to Grace Church.
Tellingly, perjuring priest Bob Malm did not provide this email, despite being expressly within the ambit of discovery in our original litigation.
When I sent perjuring priest Bob Malm an interrogatory about this issue, he stated he couldn’t respond on the basis that his attorney has a copy. Obviously, since Wayne Lying Cyron works for Bob, that’s a specious claim.
That said, always glad to help when I can, so I sent a copy to Malm’s legal team and asked them to forward to him so that he can respond. Since interrogatories are continuing in nature, Bob is now obligated to explain his lie.
