Shortly after I discovered that Sugarland Chiow aka Jeffery Chiow had fraudulently concealed evidence adverse to his client, including the infamous email from Kelly Motormouth Gable to perjuring priest Bob Malm in which she falsely claimed that I had embezzled from a previous employer, I filed a complaint with the Virginia attorney disciplinary board. In my complaint, I pointed out that I lost important legal rights due to Sugarland’s fraudulent concealment of evidence, as the courts have held a suit to address Bob Malm’s defamation is time-barred by the Virginia statute of limitations.
True to form, intake counsel James Bodie, whose modus operandi is that the trial court should take care of attorney disciplinary matters, gave me the big brush off.
I have therefore filed a petition for a writ of mandamus with the Supreme Court of Virginia, asking the court to direct Mr. Bodie to conduct a full, fair, and impartial investigation of Sugarland’s conduct. The filing is above.
