Following the federal district court’s dismissal of my case against perjuring priest Bob Malm and various other parties, I filed a motion for reconsideration.

At issue at several matters. These include the fact that the court does not appear to have recognized that I named the Commonwealth of Virginia as a defendant, due to the fact that, in Virginia, courts are not components of the city or town in which they are located. The court also seems to have missed the point that constitutional violations — particularly First Amendment issues, such as alleged here —- are, in fact, harm experienced by the citizen whose rights have been infringed.

Further, the court does not appear to have considered my request for an injunction under the SCA, or for a writ of mandamus responsive to my concerns about the First Amendment implications of the Alexandria Circuit Court’s efforts.
