Grace Episcopal Alexandria: Request for Subpoena

On Monday, December 28, I am requesting a third-party subpoena be sent to Grace Episcopal Alexandria seeking information about perjuring priest Bob Malm’s claim that Mom, or someone purporting to be her, contacted him repeatedly to set up appointments, only to cancel. This claim he made in his sworn interrogatories in the previous litigation. The latter were notarized in front of Jane Rosman, and a copy is attached to the praecipe.

I am confident that the church will come up with zero evidence to support Bob’s claim. And having included Anne Turner and the vestry on my email to the attorneys for perjuring priest Bob Malm and the parish, no one in Grace Church’s leadership can claim they are unaware of the issue.

Of course, if the church has such evidence, then perjuring priest Bob Malm can readily file suit for defamation, and my case against him is essentially lost. So one would expect that, if this evidence exists, the church would be eager to share it.

Above is a copy of the email I sent.
