So what’s new this week?
In addition to the two lawsuits chugging along in Massachusetts, I’ve got another press release and more media coverage coming. And I am hoping that the Virginia Supreme Court will soon hand down decisions in the two cases now before it. Those involve a request for a writ of mandamus against the attorney disciplinary board seeking an investigation of Jeff Sugarland Chiow’s concealment of evidence adverse to his client, and a related appeal of the dismissal of the defamation claims, which were denied due to the passage of time. That was, of course, because of Sugarland’s concealment of that document, in which Kelly Motormouth Gable falsely claimed that I am an embezzler, while perjuring priest Bob Malm forwarded the claim to Shannon Johnston, accompanied by a lie as to the timing of my arrival at the church.
