Several fellow bloggers and reporters have asked about my next step in the lawsuit.
The answer is that motions court is set for December 18 at 1:30 in the Alexandria General District Court. There, the court will consider my motion to compel the church and diocese to provide copies of materials relevant to Bob Malm’s courtroom claims, including his fabrication that my mom or someone claiming to be her contacted him repeatedly.
