Well, true to form, Grace is up to its usual tricks.
Some time ago, I announced plans to depose several key people at Grace. That makes eminent sense, as perjuring priest Bob Malm’s lies are at the heart of this litigation. Thus, finding third parties to testify as to events that actually transpired makes sense.
Yet following my rebuff of Wayne Cyron’s efforts to tell me how to conduct my litigation, various third-party deponents at Grace are now represented by Niles Barton. And Kelly Gable, who promised to answer written question in lieu of a deposition, has not responded, despite the passage of several weeks. That right there is telling, especially in light of her claims that I am an embezzler.
