Even just a few weeks ago, perjuring priest Bob Malm’s attorney was telling the court that “it simply did not happen,” and perjuring priest Bob Malm and his family were not accessing my blog.
Now, faced with irrefutable evidence that perjuring priest Bob Malm and his family indeed have been visiting my site in violation of the law, they are taking a different tack, arguing that the federal Stored Communications Act only addresses email —- a flagrant misstatement of the law.
But at least perjuring priest Bob Malm has stopped lying about accessing my blog. That’s a start.
