In court filings received today, Grace Episcopal, the clergy perjury parish, tries to justify to the Alexandria Courts its defamatory statement. in which it alleged in writing that I embezzled from a previous employer.

Conveniently omitted from its pleadings is a salient point, which is that it failed to provide the required email during prior discovery. Thus, its assertion that the claim is time-barred is inaccurate.

It also claims that the matter is precluded by res judicata, which means that the matter already has been decided. But res judicata requires identity of parties, and Kelly was sued in her individual capacity.
