More on Perjuring Priest Bob Malm’s Failure to Comply With Pandemic Safety Laws, Guidelines

Having known perjuring priest Bob Malm for a number of years, I’m prepared to bet on his response to my allegations that he has disregarded diocesan and state requirements to ensure safety during the pandemic; perjuring priest Bob Malm likely told parishioners that he wasn’t aware. But that excuse doesn’t cut it.

Here is what the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts has to say on this topic:

Bob Malm, perjuring priest

“Clergy and lay leaders are to be well-informed about these directives.”

So why do we keep seeing St. Gabriel’s being one step behind the times when it comes to compliance? Accessing information is not exactly challenging. And these are life and death issues of safety for the very people who make up the church.

And again, why is perjuring priest Bob Malm not wearing a face mask? Isn’t he supposed to lead by example?

Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

BREAKING: Perjuring Priest Bob Malm Sued for $375,000 in Fairfax Circuit Court

Moments ago, I filed suit for abuse of process and the intentional infliction of emotional distress in the Fairfax County Circuit Court against perjuring priest Bob Malm. Damages requested exceed $375,000.

A copy of the filing, case number  2020 06840, is available in PDF here.

Regrettably, this course of action became necessary after the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia repeatedly refused my request to mediate the dispute on the grounds that it is “not of weighty and material importance to the ministry of the church.”

As I have said many times, the fact that The Episcopal Church says perjury is acceptable conduct for clergy unless they face criminal charges tells you all you need to know about the denomination and its ethical worldview.

Breaking News: Perjuring Priest Bob Malm Sued in Pennsylvania

With the courts now open again in Pennsylvania, one of the lawsuits pending against perjuring priest Bob Malm moved forward in that state.

The case is predicated on perjuring priest Bob Malm’s efforts to drag Mom, dying of COPD, into court in violation of state law. Given that Bob was represented by Episcopal church attorney Jeff ”Sugarland” Chiow — a nationally recognized attorney, assisted by another law firm with ties to the church — it seems clear that Bob knew his actions were not permitted under state law. Thus, it is appropriate that perjuring priest Bob Malm be required to compensate Mom’s estate for the costs associated with defending his bogus subpoena.

I will post additional detail once the court assigns a trial date.
