Perjuring priest Bob Malm, who recently requested a variance to locate a septic field closer to wetlands than normally allowed for new home construction, just got shut down by the neighbors.
At issue is Malm’s plan to build a home on a lot he and his sister own on Aucoot Road, located in Mattapoisett Massachusetts. The plan involves building on the south part of the seven-acre parcel, while leaving the rest for possible future development by family members. In order to do so, Malm would need to install a septic field less than 75 feet from the wetlands area.
Facing vociferous opposition from neighbors, Malm’s request was denied on the basis that no hardship exists.
Other aspects of the permitting process have been appealed to state regulatory agencies.
Shenandoah County. It’s not just for morons flying the Stars and Bars anymore. Indeed, a whole new breed of trailer park trash is moving in, as evinced by the news that Jeff Sugarland Chiow has bought a condo there.
For the uninitiated, Jeff earned his moniker by virtue of the imaginary town of Sugarland, scene of an equally fictitious church shooting, that Jeff included in his pleadings in litigation against me. Combine that with the fabrications he offered the court, including his claims that I was never licensed as an attorney, and that I never was a police officer, and at best you have an attorney with some highly questionable ethics.
Mix in his decision to try to subpoena my terminally ill mother in violation of the law, his follow-up claim that he didn’t realize she was dying, add his inflammatory rhetoric, stir in his settlement proposal, which evinces no understanding at all of Christian concepts of reconciliation and forgiveness, and sprinkle in his client’s perjury and Jeff’s decision to conceal evidence adverse to his client. Mix thoroughly and voila!
There’s a new website in town, and this one warns parents of an alleged child predator at Grace Episcopal Church, who I believe has boundary issues with little girls. While I do not have first-hand knowledge of the truth or falsity of these claims, my source is reliable and the allegations have been confirmed by a member of the clergy. Moreover, that person is believed to have 24/7 access to the church building, including areas used by the school. He also has a job that may put him in contact with children.
For the record, Bob Malm knows about this person, and has taken no steps to prevent this person from grooming children or otherwise engaging in abuse.
Parents, don’t be victims. Do not allow your child out of your sight when at Grace Episcopal Church or the school. Understand what grooming is. Demand that the church and school take action.
August is coming, and with it the results of the annual parochial report. That spells bad news for Grace Episcopal Church, which remains mired in Sugarland. For those not familiar, that’s an imaginary location, dreamed up by Jeff Chiow, scene of an fictitious church shooting. It’s a place where priests like Bob Malm can commit perjury with impunity, where a church can try to drag a dying woman into court in violation of the law and not see a problem, where the church can lie, engage in smear campaigns and defamation, force others out of the Body of Christ, and even elect a liar and bully like Alison Campbell as junior warden.
Of course, stuff like that is fine at the cesspool known as Grace Church. In fact, perjuring priest Bob Malm even showed up to preach at Vi Legere’s memorial service, proof positive that clergy perjury remains welcome at Grace Church.
But August will reveal a baseline truth that is crushing Grace Church over time. That truth is that the rest of the word doesn’t think these things are fine. As a result, the church is in a dire way, even having cut the family ministries position. And more cuts are coming, as an increasingly elderly congregation dies and is not replaced by younger people.
So, I am licking my lips in eager anticipation of August, when the results of the annual parochial report go live. Stay tuned!
It’s a little early, as there remain open issues at the trial court, but I have filed an appeal with the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. The court, based in Richmond, is the last stop before the US Supreme Court.
In my appeal, I focus on several issues, including failure to afford due process of law, denial of the equal protection of the laws, and infringement of my First Amendment rights. All are federal issues arising from the US constitution.
Specifics of the case involve Bob Malm’s perjury, his fabrications (including imaginary locations in Texas, site of equally imaginary church shootings) and the collaboration between the City of Alexandria police department and perjuring priest Bob Malm and the church.
